EN15651-4标准适用范围
This EN15651-4 European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for cold applied non-structural elastic sealants used for movement joints in floors in building construction for interior and exterior use.
EN15651-4标准规定了室内及室外建筑地板活动接缝用冷用非结构弹性密封胶的定义和要求。

EN 15651-4密封胶CE认证流程

1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲建筑产品法规，建筑用密封胶需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP 305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，建筑行人区用密封胶需符合协调标准EN 15651-4
4、根据CPR法规和协调标准EN 15651-4进行测试评估，欧盟公告机构根据认证体系1或者体系3进行（根据是否使用阻燃剂及防火等级的要求）
5、获得由欧盟公告机构颁发的测试报告和证书 (如果根据体系1认证需工厂审查)
6、产品DoP文件
7、在产品包装上加贴带欧盟公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售

EN 15651-4密封胶CE认证性能要求

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根据EN13501-1进行测定评估，防火等级为A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F，
（产品用于防火用途，如果产品使用阻燃剂以提高产品性能，需要根据体系1进行认证，否则根据认证体系3由公告机构进行测试认证）

EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Resistance to flow 抗流动，根据EN ISO 7390进行测定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Loss of Volume 体积损失，根据EN ISO 10563进行测定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Tensile Properties 拉伸性能，根据EN ISO 10591进行测定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.2: Tensile properties 拉伸性能，根据EN ISO 8339进行测定
